Incident Light Exchange is a platform for promoting young photographers that has been formed as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Through online exhibitions, tutorials, and explorations of photographic techniques and philosophy, Incident Light Exchange provides young photographers with both opportunities to exhibit their photographs and also to expand upon their photographic skill sets and connect with others across the globe.
